Hand pulled mini print of a tuna, prickly pear fruit, or pitaya as they are also known in México. They grow in a variety of bold colors ranging from yellow, magenta, to deep burgundy, and can be found all over the southwestern U.S. too. When ripe, the fruit is absolutely delicious.
